Make the expensive smart devices work on the web browser as well. Other wise we bought something not working

Yes i need website activation as dart counter app isnt on playstore to download on my galaxy book.
And this topic is something that should work but isn’t, should be prioritized higher than just suggestions and other non important stuff

They should be ashamed at the way they treat their customers , no communication is an absolute disgrace , mine worked on the web and never had an issue
Once they have your money they dont care , might be time to defect to a company that actually cares about the customers
Why cant everyone be patient. Target have already said they are taking things to a new level and have 1 app and 1 product which is capable of both.
Im guessing they are nearly there with it as they have teased us with it and taken it away.
Although we didnt have issues whilst using it on web browser for the short period of time we had it, the app suffered issues and bugs after the update which im guessing its been taken away for the time being.
Stop being impatient, its coming for sure.
they have been kind enought o update the app and need need to update the ipad for it to be compatible.
Handy as my old Ipad now wont work with omni.
with no web app working either i now have a £500 Corona light system with 4 useless cameras. Fucking shambles!!
Hope this is sorted soon, bought my Omni once there was web support. Have a whole setup based around use of the Web app with TV etc, now have a 500 quid ring light that doesnt work with my setup.
I understand taking it down for stability and giving it back once its right but some communication around how long that outage may be would go a long way!
Where Is the Problem to give us some News/Infos about the Web Version ??
1 Week ? 2 weeks ? This year ? Next year ?

Hi all, we completely understand and agree with your perspective. However, at the end of the day, the decision isn’t ours to make. While we support the Omni as a Target product within our app, it’s ultimately theirs to manage and release. The tough reality is that we don’t have much to share beyond technical details right now—and we realize most users are looking for a concrete release date, which unfortunately isn’t available yet. We’d recommend communicating this directly to Target and seeing if they can provide a proper statement on the matter.

Official complaint raised to target re:omni
Seem to have forced a release date to coincide with scolia 2 flex when it wasn’t ready.
Plagued with issues, not doing what it was marketed for.
Would it be possible to get an understanding of what these technical details are? What is the actual problem caused to app users by the web users having it available?
