Add option for different format in every tournament round#2214

So for example i was going to create a tournament on the app before i made it i used another app to determine round 1 would be 301 double in double out, round 2 would be 701 straight in straight out and for each round it was going to be diffrent from round 1 to the final, but it once you choose 301 it stays that throughout the whole tournament you cant change other rounds to another format
